How does it start?
You open your personal link (sent by email or WhatsApp) — no account, no password needed.
You review your already-prepared menu and publish it with one click.
Customers order directly from you through Knackr from that point on — paid in person, or directly online once you connect your account.
You always decide prices, availability, and whether to accept orders.
0% commission during the pilot
We charge nothing for the first 6 months. After that, our fee stays well below Lieferando, Wolt or Uber Eats.
Payment goes straight to you
Knackr never holds your money. Once you connect your account, every payment lands directly in your own bank account.
Customers never pay extra
We don't charge your customers a delivery or service fee — that protects your pricing and your reputation.
How do customers pay?
Orders run directly through your Knackr page from day one. Without a connected account, customers pay as usual on pickup or delivery; once you connect your account (2 minutes, no contract), they can also pay online. Also listed on Wolt or Lieferando? Nothing changes there — your Knackr page is an additional, free channel, not a replacement.
Current status
We're in a pilot phase in Berlin. Every feature is currently free, even once real orders start coming in — we'll reach out well in advance before anything about that changes.
