§ 1 Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website Knackr.de, operated by Erison Zeka, Reisstr. 26, 13629 Berlin (hereinafter "Knackr").
§ 2 Service Description
Knackr offers two distinct services, depending on how an offer is marked on the website:
a) Price comparison with referral to third-party platforms. For offers linking to Wolt or other third-party platforms, Knackr operates exclusively as an information and referral platform. Knackr does not conclude contracts for delivery services, does not accept orders, and does not provide delivery services here. All orders, deliveries, returns, order tracking, and the handling of errors, complaints, and claims are handled exclusively by the respective platform.
b) Direct ordering from partner restaurants. For restaurants marked as "directly orderable via Knackr", Knackr facilitates the conclusion of a purchase contract for the ordered food directly between you and the respective restaurant. Knackr itself does not become a contracting party for the food, its preparation, or pickup/delivery — the restaurant alone is. Payment is processed via the payment provider Stripe (Stripe Connect); the purchase price is paid out directly to the restaurant. The order is transmitted to the restaurant immediately after completion and must be accepted by the restaurant before payment is finally captured. If the restaurant declines an order or does not respond within the stated window, any reserved payment is cancelled and not captured.
§ 3 Price Information
All prices displayed on Knackr are non-binding reference values and may differ from the actual prices on the respective platforms. Knackr does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the price information. The price displayed on the respective platform at the time of ordering is always authoritative.
§ 4 Affiliate Links
Knackr uses affiliate links to partner platforms. If you place an order through such a link, Knackr may receive a commission from the respective platform. This has no influence on the price applicable to you.
§ 5 Limitation of Liability
For referrals to third-party platforms, Knackr is not liable for:
- Errors in delivery, delayed or failed deliveries
- Quality defects in delivered food
- Errors in order processing by the platforms
- Technical failures of third-party platforms
- Price discrepancies between prices shown on Knackr and prices actually charged
- Damages arising from the use of external platforms

For direct orders from partner restaurants, the respective restaurant is responsible for food quality, preparation, ingredients, allergens, prep time, and timely availability for pickup or delivery. Knackr is not liable for the restaurant's acts or omissions, but takes responsibility for the technical processing of the order and payment on the platform. § 6 Vouchers and Discount Codes
Voucher codes listed on Knackr are regularly checked for validity. Nevertheless, Knackr cannot guarantee that these codes are still valid at the time of use. Codes may be deactivated by platforms at any time without notice. Knackr assumes no liability for voucher codes that cannot be redeemed.
§ 7 User Account (Knackr Account)
Registering a Knackr account is voluntary and free of charge. By registering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You are obligated to keep your login credentials confidential and may not share your account with third parties.
§ 8 Knacks Points
Knacks are virtual bonus points with no monetary value that can be collected as part of the Knackr loyalty programme. They are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Knackr reserves the right to change or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time.
§ 9 Changes to the Terms
Knackr reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be informed of material changes. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
§ 10 Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent permitted by law.
