How do we collect your data?
Your data is collected in part by you providing it to us (e.g., when registering). Other data is collected automatically or with your consent when you visit the website by our IT systems.
3. Registration & User Account
If you create a user account, we collect the following data: name, email address, password (encrypted). This data is stored and processed via Supabase. You can delete your account at any time.
4. Affiliate Links
Knackr uses affiliate links to Wolt. If you place an order via these links, we receive a commission. No additional costs arise for you.
4a. Direct Orders from Partner Restaurants
When you order directly through Knackr from a partner restaurant, we collect and process the following data to fulfil the contract: name, phone number, optionally an email address, pickup time or delivery address, and the contents of your order. This data is shared with the respective restaurant to process your order.
Payment data (e.g. card details) is not stored by Knackr, but processed directly by the payment provider Stripe. Stripe's "Stripe Connect" feature enables the purchase price to be paid out directly to the restaurant. More information: stripe.com/en-de/privacy.
If you send messages to the restaurant via the order status page, these are stored to process your order and shown to the restaurant in its dashboard.
5. Analytics
This website uses Vercel Analytics to analyse user behaviour. Data is collected anonymously and is not shared with third parties.
6. Your Rights
